Polystyrene particles form small black beads with foaming agents, which make them expand after foaming. Graphite polystyrene board is a new generation of thermal insulation material, which does not contain chlorine monomer and is made by more advanced processing technology, which greatly improves the thermal insulation performance of the material.

1) Micro closed cell structure, low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation effect

2) The molecular structure of polystyrene does not absorb water. Therefore, the product has excellent water resistance, moisture resistance and impermeability. The volumetric water absorption of the board is less than 1 percent , which is much smaller than that of polyurethane board and general EPS board

3) Good impact resistance. When the density is less than 40kg / m3, the compressive strength can reach 350Kpa

4) Excellent compressive performance, even if immersed in water, does not change, which is not available in other thermal insulation materials
